86th Street Water Line Expansion Begins

Work has begun on the water line expansion at 86th & Jennings on west to Landon road.  As of 4/24/12 6500 feet of new line had been installed.  However, the line is not ready to put water meters on yet.  If you have any questions about this project and its progress feel free to call the office.

If you live on 94th street between Wilson Road and Highway 75 you may experience interruption of water service from 9 am to 12 pm on Friday April 6, 2012.  A water leak is being fixed on that line, sorry for the inconvenience.

Jackson County RWD #1 will offer a $25 reward for the first person to report a water leak on the district water lines and the leak is verified by district personnel.  To report a suspected leak call 986-6913.
