If you live east of Menoken Road on 46th Street you may experience interruption of water service from 7:45 am to 5 pm on Monday, July 16, 2012.  We will also be working on water lines on Jennings Road 2 miles north of 46th street as well as north of 62nd street on Jennings Road. Water leaks are being fixed on those lines, sorry for the inconvenience.

The line extension on 70th Street and Landon is complete.  With this line complete one more meter was installed.  Work has begun on the line extension on 62nd & Landon.

With the 86th & Landon Phase I of the 2011 Expansion complete the Jackson County RWD #1 board approved proceeding with Phase II.  Phase II will include installing the water line at 62nd & Landon as well as 70th & Landon.  A date to begin this phase has not been set yet.  Phase II is expected to take 2 weeks.
