The water district board voted at the April 23, 2013 meeting to increase the water rate by 5% on all accounts and the minimum by 5% on all accounts except those in the 2011 Expansion area. The current residential minimum rate will go from $23 to $24.15. The residential water rate will go from $5.97 to $6.27 per 1000 gallons.
