2011 Expansion Phase II Approved

With the 86th & Landon Phase I of the 2011 Expansion complete the Jackson County RWD #1 board approved proceeding with Phase II.  Phase II will include installing the water line at 62nd & Landon as well as 70th & Landon.  A date to begin this phase has not been set yet.  Phase II is expected to take 2 weeks.

86th Street Expansion Lines Complete

All the water lines in the 86th & Landon expansion area have been installed.  8 of the 10 meters have been installed as well.  The water samples came back good so the water can be connected from the meter to the residence and be turned on.  The Jackson County RWD #1 board of directors approved a $36.50 minimum charge for those residence on the 2011 Expansion lines.  If there are any questions contact the office.
